fix(nacos): 清理 rui-service-starter.yaml 中的冗余通用配置
- 删除 nacos 连接、lifecycle、autoconfigure、multipart 等通用配置
- 仅保留 server.port 和模块管理业务配置
- 符合 Nacos 服务配置只放端口 + 业务配置的规则
